Why we price by room

An HMO is managed room by room. Your software should be, too.

Each room can bring its own tenant, checks, documents, deposit records and evidence trail. Your first property is £10 a month for up to 10 rooms. Rooms above 10, and rooms on additional properties, are £1 each.
